Room 1520 – Main Space
As a fully restored industrial loft, Room 1520 features open concept architecture, allowing your wedding celebration to flow from one area to the next. A flexible entryway can be styled as a lounge area before your guests head up one half flight of stairs to the bar and main event space.
Featuring 3400+ square feet of transformable space for ceremony and reception setups, Room 1520 can host seated dinners with room for a dance floor for up to 150 guests. A beautiful artisan staircase and crystal chandeliers greet your guests as they make their way into this beautiful event space.
The Justine
Best suited for intimate wedding celebrations and cocktail parties, The Justine makes use of the front half of the wedding venue, encapsulating the best parts of Room 1520 — the flexible entryway/lounge space, the bar, and restroom access for all.
Paved Patio
Conveniently located off the main event space, the 1200 square-foot paved patio is perfect spot for a first look between bride and groom or an intimate, private wedding ceremony.

Bridal Suite
Included in your venue rental is access to a 650 square foot VIP bridal suite, with entries from the main venue space as well as directly to/from the street. This palatial bridal suite includes a marble restroom, dining table and chairs, an Apple TV, Wi-Fi access, a beverage refrigerator, and more. Fully furnished with two complete vanity stations as well as well as a complimentary garment steamer, this space is packed with thoughtful extras to help you feel like a princess getting ready.

Cost of a Wedding at Room 1520
The cost of a wedding at Room 1520 varies depending on the day on which you’d like to get married: rental fees for Friday weddings begin at $4,500, Saturdays begin at $6,500, while Sundays are priced starting at $4,000. A 25% off-season discount is available for weddings taking place between November and April. The venue also offers a variety of inclusive bar/service packages, with options for premium liquor, included DJ services, as well as a “Booze Free Bash.” A celebratory toast with the house champagne is included in all service levels!
